Convergent Collective is a shared home behind a growing network of gaming communities. It isn't tied to any one game. It's the foundation every community under it stands on, and any game where you play with other people is welcome here. Solo and single-player games aren't what this is for.

It exists for anyone who has ever been treated badly for simply wanting to play: judged for their race, their looks, their voice, their skill, or just for being different. That happens in every game, and too many people have quietly put up with it, or walked away from something they loved. This isn't built for one person's benefit. It's built so that anyone, in any game, can find a place where they're respected from the very first day.

Every community under this banner runs on the same standard of accountability: the people who do the actual work of building a community — recruiting, organizing, showing up night after night — don't get quietly pushed out once it's grown past needing them. That's not a slogan. It's the entire reason this structure exists instead of just being one more group with one more Discord.

Complaints about leadership are taken seriously, every time. Harassment, favoritism, or anyone in a position of authority pushing people around doesn't get quietly ignored — it gets looked into, and if it's real, that person is removed and replaced. No one here has to put up with that, ever.

Knowledge doesn't get gatekept either. Strategies, mechanics, whatever someone's learned — it gets shared, not hoarded by whoever found it first or held over newer members. Every community under Convergent Collective runs this way, and it'll hold true for any community that joins the banner down the road.

Real life comes first, always. Work, family, health, and everything else outside the game matter more than any of this. Things happen, and we get it. No one here has to explain or apologize for stepping away when life calls, and you will never be booted because of real-life issues.

Nobody gets removed without a fair process. Unless it's serious harassment, you'll be told why and get to respond before anything happens. You're free to leave, or to be part of other groups, without being punished, guilted, or talked about. And if you're new to a game, or just slow at it, that's fine. Asking questions is welcome, and no one gets mocked for learning.

Play the way you want. Casual and competitive are both valid, and no one gets shamed for their pace or their goals. Rule changes are announced in the open, never quietly edited. The people who do the work of running things get credit for it. And any member can bring up an idea or a problem and get a real answer.
