What We're About
Convergent Collective is the shared home behind a growing network of World of Warcraft guilds — right now Equilibrium, Singularity, and Midnight Syndicate, with more to come as the community grows. It isn't a guild itself. It's the foundation all of them stand on.
Every guild under this banner runs on the same standard of accountability: no guild's leadership answers to no one but itself, and the people who do the actual work of building a guild — recruiting, organizing, showing up night after night — don't get quietly pushed out once it's grown past needing them. That's not a slogan. It's the entire reason this structure exists instead of just being one more guild with one more Discord.
Loot and gold work the same way: need before greed, always. Support goes to whoever actually needs it — repairs, consumables, catch-up gear — not whoever grabs first or holds the highest rank.
Complaints about leadership are taken seriously, every time. Harassment, favoritism, or anyone in a position of authority pushing people around doesn't get quietly ignored — it gets looked into, and if it's real, that person is removed and replaced. No one here has to put up with that, ever.
Knowledge doesn't get gatekept either. Raid strategies, mechanics, whatever someone's learned — it gets shared, not hoarded by whoever found it first or held over newer members. Every guild under Convergent Collective runs this way, and it'll hold true for any guild that joins the banner down the road.
Right now, Convergent Collective is where the community starts. Join the Discord, get to know people, and talk about what you're looking for — raiding, Mythic+, PvP, or just a place to belong. From there, you'll be able to choose the guild that actually fits — as a founding member of its roster, not just another name added to a guild that's already full.
Guild placement follows once we've got enough people to give each one a real start.
